How would you transition this?

The threshhold of our bathroom floors is about 3/4’s of an inch (from vanity area to toilet/tub area) What separates the 2 areas is a basic door frame with casing. Since the one floor is like I said about 3/4″ lower than the other, how would I go about putting a shoe moulding there to make it look like its flowing instead of a few separate pieces?

Not knowing what type of floors you have makes it difficult …..but if the Home center stores don’t carry what you need ….you make something. If you can’t do it, or don’t have the tools to do it ……hire someone who can
