Horse schedule help plz .. ?

I am extremely interested in a horse. his name is Scooter (show name Scoot me to Victory) he is a 16 hh tb chestnut wish a blaze and 3 white socks. He is a jumper. we are currently jumping 2′ 3″ if i buy him i am not doing lessons. do you have any idea on schedules i could use for him? or exercises i could use on him. like jumping exercises. and is 3 days enough ride time in a week? i cant drive yet so its a lil hard. also im not realy sure how to make a record book.. any help??

I have a thoroughbred named, William. He’s a dream, but he requires a lot of work which I’m willing to work for. Here is my schedule with him.
Saturday: Wake up at 9:15 get dressed, eat, feed the animals then I go to the barn so see them and I’m out the door by 9:40 (It only takes 10 minutes to get there) There by 9:55. Go to his stall say my hellos then I get him out of his stall tack him up which takes about 45 mins I make sure he’s groomed really well and get ready for my ride but on Mondays we go and trail ride with my best friends and their horses. We ride them for about 1 hour and 30 minutes. Then we go in and by the time we get back it’s hot so of course we cool them off and untack then groom em’ Then we do our barn chores. By the time we’re done it’s 12 so we say our good-byes and all go out for lunch together.
