toy walkers

I asked a similar question earlier, but, my son has thrush and I’m not sure what to clean his toys with.?
For example, his walker (toys don’t come off) bouner (again toys are attached) etc. I can’t put them in the washer or use boiling water so what can I use. They say to rinse your nipples (breast) with vinegar water so will that work for his toys?
Vinegar will work just fine, no need to use bleach. Just spray some vinegar on and let it dry. It is food grade so no risk of hurting your baby.

Walkers
$23.98 This is a story about a mission to Mars gone wrong. Earth, having nearly depleted its natural resources, turns its attention to the planet Mars, in an attempt to ease the inhabitants of Earth who are on the verge of starving. It was the hope of Earth's scientists that they would colonize Mars, building domed cities there until they, through their science, could devise a means of restoring a breathable atmosphere there. The principal character, Charles Atwood, is suspended between fear and reality as his dreams take on a sinister life of its own, leaving Charles to wonder if reality is a dream or the dream reality. ,At times, you will feel the urge to look up from these pages to see if there is a Walker in the midst. I must, however, warn you not to, for there may just be one heading your way. Beware of the Walkers. |

Uphill Walkers
$3.48 In 1952, Madeleine Blais's father died suddenly, leaving his pregnant wife and their five young children to face their future alone. Uphill Walkers is the story of how the Blais family pulled together to survive and ultimately thrive in an era when a single-parent family was almost unheard-of. As they came of age in an Irish-American household that often struggled to make ends meet, the Blais children would rise again and again above all obstacles -- at every step of the way inspired by a mother who expected much but gave even more, as she saved and sacrificed to provide each child with the same education they would have received had their father lived. Beautiful, heartbreaking, and full of wonderful insights about sisterhood, brotherhood, and the ties that bind us together, Uphill Walkers is a moving portrait of the love it takes to succeed against the odds -- and what it means to be a family. "In plain-spoken prose ... Uphill Walkers has a remarkable dignity and eloquence." -- Carmela Ciuraru, USA Today "Beautiful ... This is the story of a family, united by blood, pride, and the bonds that defy logic." -- Ellen Kanner, The Miami Herald "Scrupulously candid and deeply compassionate...." -- Reeve Lindbergh, The Washington Post Book World |

The Island Walkers
$3.98 A powerful first novel about a family that slips from fortune’s favor and a town broken by the forces of modernityAcross a bend of Ontario’s Attawan River lies the Island, a working-class neighborhood of whitewashed houses and vine-freighted fences, black willows and decaying sheds. Here, for generations, the Walkers have lived among the other mill workers. The family’s troubles begin in the summer of 1965, when a union organizer comes to town and Alf Walker is forced to choose between loyalty to his friends at the mill and advancement up the company ranks. Alf’s worries are aggravated by his wife, Margaret, who has never reconciled her middle-class English upbringing to her blue-collar reality. As the summer passes, Joe, their son, is also forced to reckon with his family’s standing when he falls headlong for a beautiful newcomer on a bridge—a girl far beyond him, with greater experience and broader horizons. As the threat of mill closures looms, the Walkers grapple with their personal crises, just as the rest of the town fights to protect its way of life amid the risks of unionization and the harsh demands of corporate power. Superbly crafted and deeply moving, this remarkable debut follows the Walkers to the very bottom of their night only to confirm, in the end, life’s ultimate hopefulness. The Island Walkers is at once a love letter to a place, a gripping family saga, and a testimony to the emergence of an important new novelist. |
