Urge urine incontinence(please help)?

i am a teen and not married and i’ve read about Urge incontinence because i think i am having this problem. i always feel like i want to go to the bathroom and i always feel leakage or i need to go to the bathroom after hearing water or something like that. i googled the net and i found that this is Urge incontinence coz i’m not facing urine incontinence when i cough or laugh or anything like that. so i just wanna check does kegel exercise help in this case without medicine or can it be cured with medicine only without surgery.
if i wanna do kegel exercise how many times i should do it a day as a beginning and does take a lot of time to feel the difference for example in weeks or it need months.

Well, of course you really do need to see a doctor. Incontinence is a symptom of a problem, not a problem itself. Often, the problem that is causing the incontinence is treatable. To determine if it requires medication, surgery, or a combination of both requires this type of intervention.

As for kegel exercises, I would say doing them three to five times daily is acceptable, provided there is no discomfort from doing them.

Good luck, this is not an easy problem for someone so young.
